We’re upgrading VR Michael Reserve in Lalor to create a more accessible, welcoming and functional space for the community.
These works will deliver a new dedicated dog park and improved landscaping, enhancing the overall experience for park users.

Works are scheduled to start in June 2026 and be finished by September 2026, weather permitting.
Yes. VR Michael Reserve will remain open during construction. Some areas may be temporarily restricted, and minor detours will be in place to ensure pedestrian safety.
Minor disruptions may occur during delivery times. Where required, traffic management will be in place. Extended delays or significant disruptions are not expected.
No. Existing car parking areas will remain open and accessible throughout the works.
