I am passionate about supporting people from all walks of life to thrive. I invite and implement creative arts-based processes to facilitate self-expression, self-awareness and personal development in authentic, imaginative ways. I adopt a strengths-based, person-centred, approach and work closely with individuals intentions, allowing space for inquiry, exploration and meaning making. Working alongside people as a fellow traveller, I assist them in achieving their goals, to feel empowered and to convey their embodied, emotional and cognitive experiences through different mediums and modalities including but not limited to drawing, painting, collage, dance and movement, storytelling and play.
