The development plan applies to the land at 1180 Plenty Road, South Morang.
This plan guides future use and development of the land for housing.
The preparation of a development plan is a statutory requirement in accordance with the Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 5) in the Whittlesea Planning Scheme.
It includes text and plan components and provides for a road layout and future development of standard and medium density housing on the site. The plan also provides for an ephemeral wetland.
