Beyond Age: Changing the conversation about ageing

The Beyond Age project sparks meaningful and inclusive conversations about ageing and older people.

In partnership with Seniors Rights Victoria, this project brought together community leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds to explore both the opportunities and challenges associated with ageing. These interactive workshops encouraged participants to share their personal experiences and perspectives.

Each participant brought along an image of their younger selves, which was followed by a photoshoot of their current-day selves. This exhibition showcases these portraits side-by-side, as well as a reflective message to their younger selves.
