Need help understanding or paying your water, gas and electricity bills?

Bring them along to Lalor Library for assistance from Uniting.

Uniting can:

  • find out if cheaper energy prices are available to you
  • check your usage patterns, bill structure, and peak vs. off-peak tariffs supply charges
  • check if you are getting your government concessions
  • provide information about the Utility Relief Grant scheme, eligibility and how to apply
  • help you set up payment plans
  • help you contact your energy company.

Be sure to bring a copy of your bill (not a reminder notice).

Morning tea and snacks provided.

No bookings required.
