Bring your bills day

Next date: Friday, 16 October 2026 | 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Need help understanding or paying your water, gas and electricity bills?

Bring them along to Lalor Library for assistance from the City of Whittlesea and Uniting.

We can help you:

• find out if cheaper energy prices are available to you
• check your usage patterns, bill structure, and peak vs. off-peak tariffs supply charges
• check if you are getting your government concessions
• get information about the Utility Relief Grant scheme, eligibility and how to apply
• set up payment plans
• contact your energy company.

Be sure to bring a copy of your bill (not a reminder notice).

Bookings are encouraged, but not required.
