Active Whittlesea swim pass giveaway terms and conditions

Whittlesea Swim Centre (“WSC") and Thomastown Recreation and Aquatic Centre (“TRAC”) swim voucher giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook. 

Details 

Eligible Entrants 

Entry is open to residents of Australia. If under 18, entrants must have parent or guardian permission to participate. Staff of the City of Whittlesea, Belgravia Leisure and the YMCA are ineligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

To enter, each entrant must, during the Entry Period: 

Like the Active Whittlesea Facebook page, tag a friend on the pinned post and fill out the online form with your name and email address. 

Limits on Entry 

Entry Period 

The competition commences at 12.00 [AEDT] on 05/02/21 and closes at 23.59 [AEDT] on 28/02/21 (“Entry Period”). 

Prize Details 

Up to 20,000 family passes to Whittlesea Swim Centre or Thomastown Recreation and Aquatic Centre (valued at up to $18 each) for a maximum two adults and two children. All prize values are correct as at 05/02/2021 and are in Australian Dollars, but to the extent permitted by law, no responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for any variation in the value of the prize after that time. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. 

Entrants who like Active Whittlesea, tag a friend and fill out the online form will receive one family swim voucher for use at either WSC or TRAC and one voucher for a friend, provided via e-voucher. 

Prize Limitations 

Use of tickets is subject to the ticket terms and conditions. Vouchers must be redeemed by March 31, 2021 for WSC and by April 30, 2021, for TRAC.  

Prizes are limited to a maximum of one swim voucher per person and vouchers may only be redeemed once at either WSC or TRAC. 

Winners must show pool reception staff your voucher in either hard or soft copy, and provide your name.

Prize Delivery 

Winners will be emailed a pass for you and one for your friend to the address provided via the online form within five business days.
