Highlights

Join us as we recognise International Women’s Day with an online panel discussion exploring the 2021 theme, “Women in leadership: achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world”.

With a welcome and Acknowledgement of Country by Chair Administrator Lydia Wilson and facilitated by Sandra Morris from Women’s Health in the North, we will hear from a selection of local female leaders, including Bubup Wilam Aboriginal Child and Family Centre CEO Lisa Thorpe, National Growth Areas Alliance Executive Officer Bronwen Clark, Kirsty Branagan and Sarah Alchin from Lalor Running Club and Whittlesea Interfaith Network President Gulhan Yoldas. They’ll share how they took up the challenge to support their communities through COVID-19.

Join us to acknowledge and be inspired by their efforts and reflect on lessons for a more gender-equal world.
