Baseline For Young People is City of Whittlesea's Youth Services team provide programs, events and projects that young people can get involved in throughout the year including school holidays.

Young Women's Leadership Program

Join us for an exciting free 6-week program design to empower and inspire you.

We'll cover topics around women in leadership, challenging gender norms, healthy relationships and gender equity, and more!

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to grow, learn, and connect with a community of empowered young women.

Date: Every Tuesday from 14 November to 19 December 2023

Recommended for: Young women aged 15 to 20.

 

Village Cinemas: Next Goal Wins

City of Whittlesea’s Youth team have booked out a whole cinema to see "Next Goal Wins”.

Places are limited, so book your ticket now!

Young Chef’s Table

Join City of Whittlesea’s Youth team for our Young Chef's Table school holiday event.

This immersive culinary program is for young aspiring cooks, or for young people wanting to learn their way around the kitchen.

Unleash your inner chef, make new friends, and create delicious memories during this hands-on workshop.

Melbourne Zoo

Join our exciting excursion to Melbourne Zoo and encounter incredible animals and lush habitats, creating unforgettable memories. Reserve your spot for a day of fun.

Skating Fest    

Grab your board and mates and join us for a fun evening of adrenaline-pumping skate action, awesome tunes, a laid-back vibe, and free food.

Circus Workshop

When: Meeting at EDGE Youth Services at Westfield Plenty Valley, Shop MM1, 415 McDonalds Road, Mill Park. (A private coach will take us from EDGE Westfield to Urbnsurf and will return to EDGE)

Cost: $30 a ticket includes cost of wetsuit and surfboard hire, plus lunch back at EDGE

Westfield FReeZA event EOI's

City of Whittlesea’s FReeZA Crew is excited to announce our upcoming FReeZA event at Westfield.

We are currently seeking expressions of interests from enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about singing and performing, whether that be solo or in a duo, as part of a band or DJing.

Age Range: 12 to 25.

Experience: All skill levels are welcome

Applications close: Thursday 25 January

Register your application. 

Once you apply, we will look at your suitability and inform you of your application status. Please note that we get a number of applications and have limited spaces available.

If you are not selected, this is not a reflection of your music, and there are other performance opportunities you can apply for
