Step 1.Report quickly

Please tell us within two business days after your scheduled collection day. Make sure to complete the online form before 5pm on the second business day.

If you have placed your bin out for collection on time and it has been missed, please complete the online form below.

Partially emptied bins

If your bin was partially emptied, it is due to waste being compacted or an obstruction preventing the waste coming out. Ensure all items are loose before your next scheduled collection day.  We do not return for partially emptied bins except under special circumstances.

Step 2.We’ll check

Our team will look at video footage from the collection truck. What happens next depends on what the footage shows:

• If your bin was missed, we'll empty it within the next two business days.
• If your bin was already emptied, we won’t come to empty it again.
• If your bin wasn't out the front of your property for collection, we won't come to empty it.

Step 3.Be ready

• Please leave your bin at its usual collection spot at the front of your property.
