Local support from Youth Services

If you live, work, study, or have a strong connection to the City of Whittlesea, our Youth Services team can help.

We support young people aged 8 to 25 and can connect you with local programs, inclusive support, and services that match what you need.

You can come to us for:

  • A safe place to ask questions.

Rainbow Social Group (coming soon)

We’ll be launching a new Rainbow Social Group in Term 2 for LGBTIQA+ young people aged 15 to 25.

The Rainbow Social Program will be a free monthly hangout for LGBTQIA+ young people aged 15–25 to connect, create, and feel at home in a culturally safe, inclusive space.

HERE is an online LGBTIQA+ suicide prevention hub that connects people of diverse genders and sexualities, and their loved ones, to mental health care, support and resources.

Kids Helpline

DPV Health is a not-for-profit health service that supports people of all ages. They are Rainbow Tick accredited, which means their health services are inclusive, safe and welcoming for LGBTIQA+ people.
