Amendment C241 proposes to incorporate a new document into the Whittlesea Planning Scheme titled ‘Shenstone Park Precinct Structure Plan, September 2019’ (the PSP).
This PSP applies to approximately 628 hectares of land. The area is bounded by Donnybrook Road to the north and the Melbourne to Sydney train line to the west. Donnybrook Train Station is just outside the precinct on the north-west corner.
The PSP and Amendment have been prepared by the Victorian Planning Authority (VPA). The amendment is currently on public exhibition until 15 November 2019.

As the Victorian Planning Authority is responsible authority for the amendment, any person who may be affected by the amendment may make a submission.
Submissions must be made in writing (hard copy or electronic submission). The submitter must include their name and contact address, clearly stating the grounds on which the amendment is supported or opposed and indicating what changes (if any) the submitter wishes to make.
Name and contact details of submitters are required for the planning authority to consider submissions and to notify such persons of the opportunity to attend any public hearing held to consider submissions.
