Change your rates details
If you're a rate payer, it's important you tell us when your details change.
Please let us know as soon as possible about any changes to your:
- name
- address
- property ownership.
The owner remains responsible for the rates account until we receive a notice of acquisition.
Update your details (owners/ratepayers only)
You can update your details online or call us on 03 9217 2170.
Any changes made are for rates purposes only.
If you are a tenant, please contact your managing agent.
Update my direct debit details
If you need to update or cancel your direct debit:
We will send you a payment link to re-enter your new account details.
If you've requested cancellation of your direct debit, please note that any overdue amount will need to be placed on another suitable payment plan to avoid further interest charges.
