A free and independent energy comparison website. You can use it to compare electricity, gas and solar offers for your households.
Solar Victoria
Solar Victoria provides rebates, loans and practical information to help eligible households install renewable energy and efficient hot water products.
Available programs include:
- solar panel rebates and interest free loans
- hot water rebates for eligible heat pump and solar hot water systems
- solar battery loans
- solar rebates for rental properties
- support for apartments, units and townhouses
Victorian Energy Upgrades
The Victorian Energy Upgrades program provides discounts and rebates on eligible energy efficient products and services through accredited providers.

Draught Stoppers Program
The Draught Stoppers Program is aimed at improving the energy efficiency of at-risk households. The program will help the eligible households get comprehensive draught-proofing/insulation to enhance the comfort of these homes.
By improving the thermal efficiency of their homes, we aim to provide immediate relief from high energy costs, enhance living conditions, and create long-term savings, ultimately contributing to their overall financial and environmental wellbeing.
Draught sealing and insulation can include:
- External doors
- Internal doors such as doors to garages
- Windows
- Wall vents
- Floor vents
- Evaporative cooler vents
- Heating return vents
- Gaps/Cracks i.e. skirting boards, architraves, and other construction gaps
- Pipe penetrations
- Man holes
- Skylights
- Ceiling insulation.
