Governance Rules

This document sets out the rules around meeting procedures, disclosure of conflicts of interest, elections and other matters for Council.

The Governance Rules of the City of Whittlesea are made in accordance with section 60 of the Local Government Act 2020.

Council’s Governance Rules were updated on 16 December 2025.
