Chief Executive Officer Employment and Remuneration Policy
Council is committed to and will ensure the application of good governance practices which provides for a consistent, fair and transparent framework in all matters relating to the employment, terms and conditions, remuneration and management of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Section 45 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Act) requires Council to develop, adopt and keep in force a Chief Executive Officer Employment and Remuneration Policy (Policy).
