Whittlesea Community Connections – Refugee Employment Pathway (REP)
The REP program offers the participants an individual career plan to frame the employment pathway towards their aspirations. The program can further support the employment process of the participants through organizing short-term on-the-job courses as well as linking up with potential employers in a paid internship placement schemes.
