Aurora Northern Town Centre
On 5 July 2016, we granted a planning permit to Coles allowing the development of the Aurora Northern Town Centre at 315A Harvest Home Road, Epping.
Once completed the Aurora Northern Town Centre will include:
- a large full line Coles supermarket
- a medium size Aldi supermarket
- a gymnasium
- a medical centre
- a pharmacy
- a café
- approximately 15 specialty retail shops
- a service station
The timing for development of the Town Centre rests with the landowner/developer, Coles Group Property Developments Ltd, however at this stage the centre is forecast to open in late 2017.
