Public Notice: Proposed Sale of Land

Whittlesea City Council (Council) gives notice under S114 of the Local Government Act 2020 that it proposes to sell part of Council’s reserve land (approximately 50 sq.m in area) of Reserve 2 of PS813668 and known as 41W Pullyblank Parade, Bundoora, 3083. 

Reserve 2 is 3006 sq.m in area and is shown on the plan below and the area of the reserve that is proposed to be sold is marked “A” on the plan.

Council intends to sell part of the reserve marked “A” to the owner of Lot 8 of PS813668 and now known as 23 Pullyblank Parade, Bundoora allowing the developer to correct a small encroachment on Council’s reserve.

The developer’s land at 23 Pullyblank Parade and Council’s reserve at 41W Pullyblank Parade are parcels that are derived from a Roads Corporation reserve that was sold for development with a requirement to subdivide and transfer a portion of the site to Council.
